Custom design FAQs
How long does a custom order take?
We respond to all custom requests within 2–3 business days. Once the design is approved and payment confirmed, production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. If you have a hard deadline (a park trip, wedding, race date), let us know in your request and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Pricing depends on the type of garment, complexity of the design, and any special materials involved. Dresses typically start around $70–$100; athletic wear from $40–$60; accessories from $20. We'll provide a clear, no-obligation quote before you commit to anything.
Can I see a design proof before you make it?
Yes — for most custom orders we provide a digital mockup for your approval before production begins. We won't start making your piece until you've signed off on the design.
What sizes do you offer for custom pieces?
We make custom pieces in sizes XS through 3X for adults (4X, 5X, and 6X available for specific items), and toddler through size 14 for kids. When you submit your request, share your measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) and we'll build the piece to fit you specifically.
Do you ship custom orders internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and timelines will be included in your quote. We recommend allowing extra time for international orders when planning around a specific event date.
Can custom orders be returned or exchanged?
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we aren't able to offer returns on custom orders. However, if something isn't right — a fit issue, a production error — reach out and we'll make it right. Our customers always come first.
