  • Can I cancel my order?

Sure! We'll happily process a full refund if you contact us within 2 days of placing the order. As all our clothing is made to order, once we've started on your order, we'll need to charge a 50% cancelation fee for materials used and will refund 50% back to you.

 

  • Custom and personalized orders

We're open to customization! If you'd like a design in a different color or have an idea for a new design, message us!

 

  • Sizing details

Most of our dresses run slightly smaller than traditional street sizes (stated in the description). Please match your measurements to the size chart in the listing's pictures. We recommend ordering a size up for comfort. Size exchanges will follow the same production time as the original order.

For rush orders, items run looser/bigger. If between sizes on the rush size chart, sizing down is recommended.

 

  • Care instructions

Washing instructions for our dresses, leggings, and sublimation printed shirts, are listed on the tag inside the item. For our traditional screen-printed shirts, wash inside out and hang dry for print longevity.

 

  • Gift wrapping and packaging

All our items are placed in a plastic zip lock bag and shipped in a poly mailer envelope. During the holiday season, we offer gift wrapping for an additional gift wrapping fee.

 

  • Wholesale availability

We do wholesale! Contact us for a bulk discount, telling us a little about your shop.

 

  • Why haven't you replied to my message?

We try to refrain from answering messages on weekends to take a break and solely focus on getting orders ready to ship the following Monday. Thanks for your patience!
On weekdays our normal working hours are 9 am PST and 5 pm EST.
