Wrong size or need a different style? We'll swap it out for you — no fuss.

Changed your mind before your order ships? We can cancel it quickly.
Cash refunds
We don't offer cash returns, but we always want to resolve any issue — reach out and we'll find a solution.
Store Credit
While we don't offer cash returns, you're always welcome to send the item back for a non-expiring store credit.
Exchange policy
We gladly accept exchanges for most items. If something isn't right — the size, the style, or the fit — contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem — just reach out within 2 days of purchase and we'll take care of it before your order enters production.
Because our items are made to order, we're unable to cancel orders once production has begun. If you're unsure whether your order has started, contact us as soon as possible and we'll check for you.
How the exchange process works
Step 1 — Contact us first
Reach out via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know what the issue is and what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll confirm the return address and next steps.
Step 2 — Ship the item back
Pack the item carefully in its original condition and ship it to our return address within 14 days of delivery. You're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 3 — We make your new item
Once we receive your item, we'll begin working on your exchange. Your new item is subject to our standard production time — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Items that can't be exchanged
Because of the nature of how these items are made or for health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
If any of these items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us right away — we'll always make it right when the issue is on our end.
