Everything at Kawaiian Pizza Apparel is made to order — your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, production time is approximately 1 week.
Some listings have different production timelines — always check the individual product listing for the most accurate estimate before ordering, especially if you have an event or deadline in mind.
⏰ Have a deadline? If you need your order by a specific date — a park trip, birthday, or event — let us know when you order and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Contact us before ordering if you're on a tight timeline.
Shipping time
Shipping time is in addition to the production time above — your item ships once it's finished being made. Estimated shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are listed on each individual product page.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification so you can follow it to your door. We ship worldwide — to every fan, everywhere.

Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when their order arrives in their country. These fees are set by your local government and are outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International orders can occasionally take longer than expected due to customs clearance — this is normal and unfortunately not something we can speed up from our end.
