Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! If you contact us within 2 days of placing your order, we'll process a full refund — no questions asked.

Because all our clothing is made to order, once production has begun we'll need to charge a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials already used, and refund the remaining 50% back to you.

If you're unsure whether your order has entered production, reach out as soon as possible and we'll check for you.

Can I exchange my order?

We gladly accept exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges follow the same production time as the original order.

Sizing & Fit

How does sizing work?

Most of our dresses run slightly smaller than traditional street sizes, as noted in each listing's description. We recommend matching your measurements to the size chart shown in the listing photos, and ordering a size up for comfort.

For rush orders, items tend to run larger and looser. If you're between sizes on the rush size chart, we recommend sizing down.

Where can I find the size chart?

Each listing includes size chart photos — check the listing images before placing your order. When in doubt, measure your bust, waist, and hips and match those to the chart rather than going by your usual clothing size.

Care & Packaging

How do I care for my item?

Washing instructions for dresses, leggings, and sublimation printed shirts are printed on the tag sewn inside the item — follow those for best results.

For traditional screen-printed shirts: wash inside out and hang dry. This preserves the print and keeps colors vibrant for much longer.

How are orders packaged and shipped?

All items are placed in a plastic zip-lock bag and shipped in a poly mailer envelope to keep them clean and protected in transit.

Custom & Wholesale

Do you do custom or personalized designs?

Absolutely — we love custom requests! If you'd like a design in a different color, have an idea for something new, or want something completely one-of-a-kind, just reach out.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! We work with boutiques, convention vendors, and online retailers. Visit our Wholesale page to apply, or contact us directly and tell us a little about your shop — we'll take it from there.

Getting in Touch

Why haven't I heard back yet?

We take weekends off to recharge and focus on getting orders ready to ship on Monday. If you reached out over the weekend, you'll hear from us at the start of the week — thanks so much for your patience!

On weekdays our normal working hours are 9 am – 5 pm EST. Messages received outside those hours will be answered the next business day.
